Work Calendar

Well for some reason all the times for my appointments in my work calendar is an hour ahead of what I put in my outlook…. is there a time zone selection that I am missing?

Yes, you have 3 time zones.
1) Time zone of your outlook calendar.
2) Time zone you are standing in.
3) Time zone of your Instinct email account(s).
I bet #3 is your problem (as it was mine too).
Click the ‘home’ icon.
Click ‘Main’
Click ‘Email’
Click ‘<-’ to go to email main page
Click Settings (upper right)
Then change the timezone to match your outlook.
