    The full price of the phone is $450, the $129.99 price refers to the price after discounts and a $100 mail-in rebate. This is pretty typical in cellphone world. If you go to Sprint’s web site you can see this same pricing:

    Regular price $449.99
    Instant savings -$220.00
    Mail-in Rebate -$100.00
    New price $129.99
    Requires 2-yr Agreement
