So, I got my phone in the morning some time last week and turned the screen on. The thing on my favories was loose like where you could move it. I didn’t think anything about it and turned off my phone for school. When I turned it back on, the touch screen didn’t work at all. Not even the home, back, or talk buttons work. The side buttons still work though.

Any idea how to fix this?
